Position Summary
As the Senior Director of Driver Experience, you will define how Drivers will engage with the Spark Driver App over the next 3-5 years. You will be responsible for Driver Satisfaction (DSAT), the main KPI this team owns. While avoiding defects/issues can help maintain the status quo for Driver Experience, it will not drive significant increases in the long run. The person who will be successful in this role will use a combination of data, research, benchmarking, and qualitative feedback to develop a vision of the future that will inspire higher Driver Satisfaction and lead to higher retention. What you'll do
Set the vision and strategy for Driver Satisfaction and overall experience on the platform
Lead a team of program managers focused on vertical or horizontal areas of the Driver Experience (e.g., Pickup, Drop-off, App Experience, New Driver Experience)
Develop a roadmap of critical product features and advocate for prioritization through development of business cases and leadership discussions
Guide the team on deep-dive analysis to root cause issues and identify solutions. Manage execution and report on results/progress in WBR/MBR/QBR forums.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 6 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
4 years’ supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications Strong acumen for business strategy, being able to articulate an objective with tangible KPIs and identify strategic projects that will enable the vision.
Analytical capability to diagnose issues and use complex datasets to build business cases or deliver results
Expert in stakeholder management to build effective relationships across a highly matrixed business.
Expert in storytelling and building powerful presentations, with the ability to adapt presentations to varying audiences.
