Administrative Conference Services Coordinator supports daily front‑desk operations, manages package delivery, coordinates student hiring, and provides administrative support to departmental leaders. The role requires customer service, office administration, and human‑resources coordination. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑desk operations across residential communities, including mailrooms and reception areas. • Provide guidance and training to student staff, ensuring knowledge of university policies and procedures. • Manage package delivery systems, maintain inventory supplies, update signage, and respond to inquiries via the general Housing e‑mail account. • Support large‑scale departmental events and assist with staff meetings, performance feedback, and recruitment. • Coordinate student hiring processes, manage onboarding and separation protocols, maintain employee files, and track payroll records. • Schedule meetings, maintain confidential records, route correspondence, and assist with projects. • Serve as backup to the Administrative Analyst and provide flexible support for projects and initiatives. Essential Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent with at least five years of progressively responsible clerical or secretarial experience. Comprehensive knowledge of university infrastructure, policies, and procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar and punctuation. Proficiency in office software packages and technology systems. Ability to handle multiple priorities, interpret policies, troubleshoot problems, and recommend solutions. Business math skills for budgetary analysis and accurate projections. Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills. Completion of a satisfactory background check. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fast‑paced environments with multiple interactions. Independent work, planning, organization, and coordination of daily activities.
