As an Experienced Divorce and Family Law Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of complex family and matrimonial law matters.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and cohabitation disputes

Provide clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients while maintaining excellent client care

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs

Utilise our cloud-based practice management system to work efficiently and meet client expectations

Support the firm’s business development efforts, though most new enquiries are generated by our dedicated marketing resource and lead-handling administrators

Qualifications & Experience

At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience as a solicitor specialising in family law (England & Wales)

Proven expertise in handling a broad range of privately funded family law cases.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Exceptional technical ability and attention to detail.

Confidence in managing your own caseload independently.

A proactive approach to business development is helpful but not essential, as most leads are generated by the firm.

Tech-savvy and competent with Outlook, Word, and practice management systems.

Personal Attributes

Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working autonomously.
