Job Description Summary:
The Regional Executive Assistant plays a critical and visible role in supporting the Area Vice President and regional leadership team to
ensure seamless operations
and
effective communication
across corporate headquarters and site locations. This position serves as a
strategic administrative partner , providing
proactive support
that enhances productivity, drives alignment, and strengthens collaboration between departments, residents, employees, and external partners.
The Regional Executive Assistant is
organized ,
detail-oriented , and
adaptable , with exceptional communication and time management skills. They act as a

Executive and Administrative Support
Perform a wide range of executive-level administrative duties, managing day-to-day operations and priorities for the Area Vice President and Regional Managers.
Draft, edit, and prepare professional correspondence, reports, charts, business plans, and presentations, often containing confidential and complex information.
Maintain accurate records, schedules, and files to ensure smooth information flow and easy access to critical documents.
Reporting and Data Management
Collect, analyze, and compile information for renewal results, monthly and quarterly reports, and market studies to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure all regional invoices are uploaded and processed promptly for timely payment.
Track and maintain accurate vacation and sick time records for Regional Managers.
Meeting and Event Coordination
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, events, travel, and conference calls as needed.
Assist with the planning and logistics of regional events, site visits, and special projects.
Property and Regional Support
Provide on-site support at property locations during staff vacations or emergencies.
Assist with reviewing petty cash, payroll, and resident relation inquiries, ensuring issues are handled efficiently and with care.
Confidentiality and Professionalism
Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Model company values and professionalism in all internal and external interactions, supporting a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
3+ years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably within property management, real estate, or a multi-site corporate environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong understanding of invoice processing, payroll tracking, and expense reporting preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting professional correspondence and compiling reports for executive review.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
Availability to travel occasionally to regional properties for on-site support or meetings.

Salary range: $55,000-$65,000/yr If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
