Audit Google Drives
Devise naming conventions for folders
Hierarchy
Auditing process for out of date files
Archival process
Create/Design/Maintain G-site/webpage/wiki
Identify key documentation and stakeholders to manage content and key points of contact
Symposium coordination
Presentation and speech support – script development, coordinating and prepping speakers, researching content where necessary, and managing logistics
Create/Design unified naming convention for the Team
Communication plan for internal and external communications (within and outside of the core team)
Crisis Communication support
Recurring comms (LMT newsletter, ODR Strategies, Research comms)
Structure/improve review documents (i.e., Exec review doc)
Design/Create/Deploy comms regarding Demos with VPs, VIPs and other leaders)
Train assist researchers to have a common understanding of comms
Create standardized comms – Comms Template creation, Demos, Announcements
