Must-Have Skills
Strong partnership with leadership; right-hand person; experience building and executing communications plans for a division or leadership team; collaborating effectively.
Experience supporting large groups (50+ people).
Diverse communications experience, including ghostwriting and G Drive management; flexibility and adaptability essential.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in tech industry, particularly supporting information systems.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and bring personal excitement and uniqueness.
Years overall experience required: 5-7 years.
Job Description Create/Oversee document repositories, including identifying the right tools for the team, developing and driving best practices, etc.
Audit Google Drives
Devise naming conventions for folders
Hierarchy
Auditing process for out-of-date files
Archival process
Create/Design/Maintain G-site/webpage/wiki
Identify key documentation and stakeholders to manage content and key points of contact
Symposium coordination
Presentation and speech support – script development, coordinating and prepping speakers, researching content where necessary, and managing logistics.
Create/Design unified naming convention for the team
Communication plan for internal and external communications (within and outside of the core team)
Crisis Communication support
Recurring comms (LMT newsletter, ODR Strategies, Research comms)
Structure/improve review documents (i.e., Exec review doc)
Req Intake Template
Design/Create/Deploy comms regarding Demos with VPs, VIPs and other leaders
Train assist researchers to have a common understanding of comms
Create standardized comms
