We’re seeking a Sr. Human Resources Manager (Bilingual) to oversee HR operations across multiple facilities and partner closely with leadership to support both our business and our people. This role plays a key part in fostering a collaborative workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and leading initiatives that strengthen engagement, development, and performance across all teams.
Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and performance challenges while maintaining fairness and consistency.
Promote a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment across all shifts and locations through transparent communication and engagement initiatives.
Conduct thorough and objective employee relations investigations, ensuring confidentiality and alignment with company policy.
Support team‑building activities and engagement programs to strengthen morale and reinforce a positive, family‑oriented company culture.
Provide bilingual (English and Spanish) communication and support during meetings, trainings, and company events to ensure accessibility for all employees.
Talent Acquisition, Development & Retention
Lead full cycle recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects company values and attracts top talent for all operational levels.
Design and deliver employee training, leadership coaching, and professional development programs that build capability and prepare future leaders.
Partner with supervisors and managers to implement clear performance expectations and growth pathways for employees.
Develop and execute retention strategies that enhance satisfaction, reduce turnover, and promote long‑term commitment.
Coordinate performance review processes, provide guidance on goal setting, evaluation, and career development plans.
Compliance, Labor Law & Safety
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, maintaining accurate documentation and up‑to‑date policies.
Conduct internal HR audits and manage reporting requirements for labor, payroll, and benefits.
Partner closely with the Safety department to foster a proactive safety culture, participate in incident investigations, and oversee return‑to‑work and ADA accommodation processes.
Maintain consistency in the interpretation and communication of HR policies across multiple facilities.
Keep leadership informed of evolving legal requirements and HR best practices to mitigate risk and ensure ethical operations.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and wellness initiatives, providing responsive support to employee inquiries.
Collaborate with Finance to align staffing budgets, labor cost forecasting, and workforce planning with organizational goals.
Oversee HRIS administration, ensuring accurate employee records, data integrity, and timely payroll coordination.
Evaluate compensation structures and recommend adjustments to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
Support continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.
Strategic HR Partnership & Organizational Growth
Act as a key strategic partner to senior and site leadership, providing insights on organizational design, talent planning, and workforce optimization.
Lead change management initiatives to support growth, operational expansion, and cultural integration across multiple locations.
Contribute to the development and execution of communication strategies that align employees with company objectives and values.
Utilize data and analytics to inform decision‑making around staffing trends, engagement levels, and workforce performance.
Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Finance, and Safety to ensure HR strategies directly support business success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
Master’s degree preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in a multi‑site or manufacturing environment
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
Proven ability to build strong relationships, manage change, and navigate complex employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
