The Professional Services Department is an integral part of the business. We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to work on a full-time basis within the Professional Services Department, supporting the operational needs of the business. Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for client engagements. Oversee end-to-end project delivery across infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and related technologies. Lead customer onboarding and offboarding projects, ensuring seamless service transitions and readiness. Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), developing mitigation and resolution plans. Coordinate internal technical resources and external partners to resolve delivery challenges. Ensure effective project governance, documentation, and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders. Support agile/iterative delivery processes, release planning, and change management. Maintain strong client engagement throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and clear communication. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with Service Desk and Operations teams to ensure smooth handover into business-as-usual (BAU) support. Essential Requirements

Proven experience in IT delivery, programme, or project management within an MSP or IT services environment. Excellent project management skills with the ability to define scope, manage risks, and deliver complex projects. Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications) are desirable. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with clients, vendors, and technical teams. Desirable Experience

Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure solutions and Microsoft cloud platforms (M365, Azure, Intune). Experience managing customer onboarding/offboarding projects and service transitions. Familiarity with IT service delivery frameworks (ITIL) and agile project practices. Person Specification

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused with a track record of successful project outcomes. A logical, methodical approach, with strong attention to detail. Excellent documentation and communication skills. High standards of customer service and a personable nature. A history of being a proven self-starter. Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative flare. Self-motivation and a desire to stay abreast of the latest technology. Salary

37.5 working hours per week plus 1-hour unpaid meal break each day. Shift times

08:45 – 17:15 Holiday

24 days, rising to 30 days subject to terms after 3 years’ continuous service (plus 8 bank holidays) Sick pay
