Looking for a

Group Engineering Tech Lead

to join the leadership of the

Work Management group , the main product of monday, and lead the technical aspect and the architecture across the group. The role is based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel. As part of this role, you will work on monday's main product, which is helping organizations around the world and millions of users to work effectively and efficiently.

About The Role

Lead the architecture of monday’s Work Management product

Build, together with the group leadership, the roadmap of the group and product

Mentorship of tech leads in the organization

Be part of the R&D technical leadership team - building the way we work, the technical roadmap, which closely affects our company products and our growth

Evolve our architecture and engineering to support the ever-growing scale of users, features and data

Your Experience & Skills

Experience building user-facing products on the web on a large scale

Technical leadership experience (Architect of a multi-team area)

Strong proven technical skills and a passion for developing products that people love and use every day

Understanding of products and a passion for building software that provides a great experience

Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic

Focus on quality and simplicity

Experience in Full-stack development
