ACCOUNTING MANAGER / FINANCE MANAGER

About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Accounting Manager/Finance Manager with 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, ideally within the service industry. This role will be critical in driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and providing leadership across the finance function. A CPA designation is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support strategic business decisions and operational goals. Manage cash flow, working capital, and long-term financial planning. Own tax strategy and compliance, overseeing federal, state, and local filings, managing the tax calendar, and coordinating with external advisors. Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards. Partners with executive leadership and business unit heads to provide financial insights and recommendations. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. Support business growth initiatives, cost optimization, and process improvements. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (master’s preferred). CPA designation strongly preferred. 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with a background in the service industry. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, and compliance requirements. Proficiency with QuickBooks, including advanced reporting and integration capabilities. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting. Preferred Attributes
Experience in multinational service organizations. Track record of driving process improvement and cost efficiency. Strong business acumen and ability to partner with cross-functional leaders. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 Per Year
