Position Responsibilities

Deliver key HR programs, policies, practices, and processes and serve as subject matter expert (e.g. staffing, performance support, employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, etc.)

Serve as a trusted business partner to align HR strategies with business priorities, driving employee engagement and organizational performance

Use HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided

Lead staffing initiatives, driving creative approaches to hiring talent to critical programs

Maintain a visible HR presence with Supply Chain teammates for real-time engagement and the development of proactive solutions or interventions

Contribute to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery

Champion Boeing’s values and behaviors—modeling our expectations and reinforcing them through consistent employee interactions

Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy solutions in areas such as talent management, training compensation and employee engagement

Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and career development opportunities, ensuring every employee feels valued and supported

Connect with and influence employees and leaders to promote a positive workplace culture

Act as a liaison between management and employees, advocating for their needs and helping to implement initiatives that enhance employee experience

Address employee inquiries and concerns in real-time, providing solutions and support to foster a collaborative work environment

Collect feedback and insights from employees to identify trends and areas for improvement helping to shape our HR strategies

The ideal candidate will possess the following

Track record of establishing strong relationships through trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen

Experience with HR strategies and action plans, policies, procedures, and industry trends

Experience developing solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation

Experience creating and articulating data-driven HR solutions to senior leaders

Experience developing winning staffing strategies and action plans

Track record of leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to achieve impactful business results

Strong project management skills

High degree of Emotional Intelligence

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a high-impact communication style

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes

5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Bachelor's degree or higher

Human Resources certification (SHRM or SPHR/PHR Certification)

10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

Experience with HRIS platforms and technology, with preferred application experience in Workday

Experience navigating a matrixed organization

Experience in HR in the aerospace and/or defense industry

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Level 4: $103,700 - $153,000

Summary pay range for Level 5: $128,350 - $189,000
