We are urgently hiring experienced
CarePartners with at least 1 year of dialysis experience
to oversee
in-home dialysis sessions . This
non-medical
but hands-on role involves supporting patients through every step of their home dialysis treatments—ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional support. Responsibilities
Prepare and assist in setting up dialysis equipment Provide non-medical support and remain present throughout treatment (3 hours / 5 times a week) Monitor for and report irregularities to the family and care team Coordinate treatment schedules with family or care team when needed Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of hands-on dialysis experience (not facility-based only) Age 18+ Valid Level 2 background check & fingerprinting (per FL AHCA) TB test (within the last year) Able to safely lift 25 lbs and assist with mobility Reliable transportation Basic tech literacy (Herewith app, SMS communication) English fluency (Spanish or Haitian Creole a plus) Ideal Candidates Are
