$21 – $23. Essential Job Duties

Provide functional support to Annual Giving Communications.

Create and execute email campaigns in an email delivery platform with approved copy as determined by Annual Fund leadership, including editing support and data queries/exports related to email execution. Track and manage email related timelines in a project management platform. Update web page content as needed. Coordinate with Annual Fund and Marketing and Communications Offices to enhance email performance.

Provide functional support to Alumni and Parent Relations (APR).

Create emails in an email delivery platform with approved copy as determined by APR Office, including editing support and data queries/exports related to email execution. Track and manage email related timelines in a project management platform. Update web page content as needed.

Provide functional support to Development, Donor Relations, and Alumni and Family Travel.

Create emails in an email delivery platform with approved copy as assigned by Development or Donor Relations, including editing support and data queries/exports related to email execution. Track and manage email related timelines in a project management platform. Update web page content as needed.

Provide back-up support for the Advancement Administrative Assistant and event Coordinator.

Cross-trained in providing phone and email support for the division. Cross-trained in providing support and troubleshooting for events.

Contribute to the overall success of the Advancement Division through teamwork and collaboration.

Assist with major campus weekend events including Homecoming & Family Weekend, Christmas Festival, Commencement, and Reunion Weekend. Additional responsibilities as required.

Reports to the Senior Associate Director of Annual Giving. This position does not supervise staff or student workers. Required Qualifications

Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. Experience: 2+ years of relevant office or administrative experience. Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Experience: Background in marketing or project management; previous experience with, or an understanding of, philanthropy, and/or higher education; strong writing and editorial background. Prerequisites
