Videographer

to join our growing marketing team. This is a vital role as the

sole in‑house videographer

who will have creative control, operating within brand scope, to produce high‑quality video content. You will be instrumental in developing and executing video from conception to final delivery, working closely with

music artists, rodeo athletes, influencers , and a broader marketing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled filmmaker and editor who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Content Production:

Own the entire video lifecycle, including conception, filming, color grading, audio engineering, sequence editing, and cataloging all in‑house video content.

Collaboration:

Work in coordination with the marketing, social media, and sales teams on various in‑house projects.

Format Creation:

Produce diverse video content, including long‑form, short‑form, and social media videos.

Digital Curation:

Manage the company’s public YouTube channel, including content curation and analytical monitoring.

Marketing Support:

Assist the marketing team with various digital creative projects, event planning, engagement, and activation conceptualization, including on‑site presence.

Technical Management:

Maintain the marketing content team’s equipment manifest, research new technologies, and assist with audio/visual needs for corporate presentations and events.

Photoshoot Aid:

Provide technical support during photoshoots, assisting with set direction, lighting, audio interfacing, and talent direction.

Project Management:

Create and maintain extensive project workloads concurrently with other duties.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

2+ years of professional experience in a similar role.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio demonstrating film and editing skills across various formats is required.

Skills:

Proven ability to film and edit content, including color grading and audio engineering.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in video, content creation, or a related field is preferred.

Physical:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for equipment handling.

Travel:

Travel required (5‑10%), which may include some out‑of‑state trips.

Schedule:

Flexibility is needed, as

weekend and evening work will occur as needed

based on filming schedules and events.

In‑office role with opportunity for work from home days.
