Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, optimization, and integration of HR systems (Workday, ADP, and related platforms).
Build a reliable, intuitive HR data infrastructure that delivers real‑time insights.
Partner with HR business partners to translate workforce data into strategies for retention, performance, workforce planning, and culture.
Ensure HR technology becomes a competitive advantage—enable scalability, efficiency, and a superior employee experience.
Configure, test, and optimize system workflows to simplify HR operations and enhance usability.
Build and maintain accurate, secure, and compliant data architecture that leaders can trust.
Establish data standards, governance protocols, and reporting consistency across all HR functions.
Develop dashboards and predictive models that provide leaders with clarity on workforce trends.
Translate complex analytics into clear narratives that inform executive decision‑making.
Automate manual processes and design digital workflows to improve efficiency.
Deploy self‑service portals, chatbots, or digital assistants to enhance the employee and manager HR experience.
Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent, and Generalists to align data with strategies for leadership, engagement, and workforce planning.
Present insights and recommendations to HR leadership and executive stakeholders.
Measures of Success
Full implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday, ADP, and other HR systems.
High user satisfaction: faster processing times and easier access to information.
Reliable, accurate, and secure HR data—with near‑zero errors and consistent governance.
Dashboards and reports actively used by executives, managers, and HR to drive decisions.
Analytics leading to measurable improvements—reduced turnover, stronger talent pipelines, or better resource allocation.
Automation and efficiency gains: manual tasks replaced with automated workflows, time savings, and error reduction.
Service delivery metrics (response time, process completion time, error rates) improve 20–30% within the first 18 months.
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of HRIS implementation & systems expertise (Workday, ADP).
Direct, hands‑on experience implementing and optimizing HRIS platforms.
Strong knowledge of system configuration, data integration, testing, and user adoption best practices.
Proven ability to build dashboards, reports, and predictive models using HR data.
Experience translating analytics into executive‑level insights that inform strategy and decisions.
Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows and implement automation that improves efficiency and user experience.
Familiarity with digital HR tools, portals, and self‑service solutions.
Experience designing and enforcing data governance standards to ensure integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
Strong understanding of data privacy and employment law implications.
Ability to partner with HR colleagues, IT, and business leaders to align systems and data with organizational strategy.
Excellent communicator who can make technical insights accessible and actionable.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or related field required.
Certifications in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP) or analytics tools are a plus.
Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and is motivated by impact.
