What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support Workday HCM, including data integration, reporting, and system configuration
Develop advanced reports and maintain dashboards to provide accurate data and analytics
Monitor and test business process workflows for optimization of system configuration
Provide end‑user support, training, and documentation for HRIS systems
Assist with problem resolution for HRIS‑related issues, ensuring timely support for users
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of HRIS experience supporting a high‑volume Human Resources department
Previous experience supporting an ERP system is required
Strong knowledge of system testing, best practices, and methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Workday and UKG
Technical certifications such as Workday Pro, PHR, PMP, or HRIT
Prior healthcare experience
