What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide overall HRIS support to the HR department, managers, and employees, including maintenance of the Workday system

Lead or participate in HR projects requiring system configuration and collaborate with internal business partners and vendors

Respond to HR staff inquiries regarding HRIS issues and develop efficient solutions

Collaborate with IT, Finance, Payroll, and other functional areas to maintain best practices for systems administration

Develop custom reports and documentation for assigned system functions, providing training and ongoing support to HR users

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of Workday configuration experience, including talent management systems enhancement and report writing

Strong knowledge of HR issues, including employee relations, benefits, staffing, and legal compliance

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all organization levels

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
