We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and execution, and will thrive in a fast‑paced environment. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and coordination of various events, from corporate meetings to large‑scale conferences.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, catering, and guest management.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary materials and services for events.
Help develop event schedules and timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Manage event registrations, including tracking participant lists and responding to inquiries.
Participate in on-site event setup and teardown, ensuring all elements are in place.
Gather feedback from event attendees to help improve future events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software is desirable.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
