Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Hills, IA. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Additional tasks include developing effective recruiting strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. The specialist will ensure a positive candidate experience and align talent acquisition with the company's goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with hiring managers
Proficiency in using recruitment software and maintaining candidate databases
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in Technology or Fuel industry is a plus
