Alpine Air is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to be located at their Provo, UT headquarters site. We are looking for a hardworking, motivated, organized, and solution-focused individual to support all recruitment efforts throughout the organization and build strong relationships with candidates as well as customers at all levels of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
Completion of Bi-Weekly entry of payroll.
Assist in the recruiting of both hourly and salary positions.
Provide accurate and timely information, interpretation, communication, and administration of employee benefit plans.
Provide accurate and timely information, interpretation, communication, and administration of Human Resource policies and procedures and assist in the resolution of employee problems.
Assist in the maintenance and practice of an up-to-date Affi…
Maintain Human Resources employee record system.
Provide accurate and timely administrative support and projects as assigned.
Maintain record systems in the areas of Human Resources measures, headcount reports, monthly reports, organization charts, and other processes as determined.
Coordinate the administrative portion of all new hires.
Coordinate the administrative portion of all terminations and conduct exit interviews.
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and performing phone screenings
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Manage onboarding and new hire process
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Assist with HR operations as needed
Qualifications
Skills in organization, database management, and coordination
2 years of Human Resources experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven track record in maintaining absolute confidentiality with regards to administrative and personnel matters encountered in the course of day-to-day work, and on all highly sensitive information
Proven ability to plan, organize, and make decisions reflecting a high level of independent judgment, initiative, and discretion
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word (expert level)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Ability to interact courteously and effectively with people of diverse backgrounds in a variety of situations
Ability to perform duties with little or no supervision
Ability to learn, adapt to new systems and situations, and innovate to manage new complexities
Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative
High school diploma required; BS/BA in administration or relevant field will be preferred
Working Conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, and heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually low. This position is a Full-Time position, 35-40 hours per week, with competitive compensation and benefits. Paid Time Off, eight paid holidays per year, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401k with matching contribution are available immediately upon employment.
