Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR contact for U.S. employees, providing day‑to‑day support and guidance across all areas of the employee lifecycle
Manage and continuously improve core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and record maintenance
Partner with leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal HR policies
Administer benefits programs, PTO tracking, and leave management, ensuring accurate data and timely employee communication
Coordinate performance management and annual review processes, supporting managers with tools, timelines, and feedback frameworks
Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures to reflect current legislation and company practices
Utilize ADP for payroll and HR reporting, ensuring data integrity and leveraging analytics for decision‑making
Support recruitment activities as needed, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate onboarding
Lead or assist with HR projects focused on culture, engagement, and process improvement as the firm continues to scale
Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in Generalist HR, HR operations, HR analytics, or a related role within a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work independently as a 'standalone' HR representative in the U.S.
Minimum of 1 year experience ADP, with the ability to leverage the platform for reporting and compliance
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, HR compliance standards, and documentation best practices
