Position Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HR department across all practice offices and works closely with the Director of Human Resources on payroll processing, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, record keeping, HRIS maintenance, and employee engagement initiatives. Essential Job Functions

Assist with overall administration and coordination of daily HR operations. Provide administrative support for daily HR functions. Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews. Support benefits administration activities, including assisting with open enrollment and employee inquiries. Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation within the HRIS (Paycor) system. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation activities. Assist the Director of Human Resources with payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, copying, mailing, and tracking HR materials and correspondence. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including staff recognition programs and special events. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR department. Requirements

Required

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, handling sensitive and confidential matters professionally and discreetly. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn and use HR systems, including HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Paycor). Preferred

Prior HR experience in a healthcare setting. SHRM‑CP or similar HR certification. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Seniority Level
