Global Marketing and Product Management Lead at PI Industries Ltd.

$165,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Position Purpose
Plant Health Care (PHC), a subsidiary of PI Industries, is a technology leader in the area of agriculture biologicals. PHC is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented marketing and product management professional to commercialize and scale up breakthrough agriculture biological technology products globally. The Global Marketing and Product Management Lead is responsible for driving the success of the company's product portfolio globally by leading marketing strategies, product positioning, go-to-market execution, and customer engagement. This role acts as the key liaison between the global marketing team and the local market, translating global and regional marketing and product management strategies into impactful local execution. The position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and customer‑centricity. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with global/regional strategies. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitor actions. Manage brand positioning, messaging, and campaign execution locally. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, PR, social media). Own the full product lifecycle: from launch planning to end‑of‑life phase‑out. Adapt global product value propositions to local market needs. Develop product pricing strategies based on local market dynamics and profitability targets. Conduct portfolio analysis, recommend improvements (SKU rationalization, innovation gaps). Develop and execute product launch plans in collaboration with sales and distribution teams. Train and equip the salesforce with product knowledge, value‑selling tools, and competitive intelligence. Work with distributors and channel partners to drive brand visibility and sell‑through. Drive marketing campaigns in line with product positioning to achieve sales targets. Support field events, trade shows, product demonstrations, and key account meetings. Drive digital marketing and social media campaigns. Manage the marketing and promotional budget effectively. Track KPIs (campaign ROI, product adoption rates, brand awareness metrics). Analyze marketing performance and provide regular reports to leadership. Act as the primary interface with global product teams, regulatory, supply chain, finance, and sales teams. Ensure regulatory and legal compliance in marketing materials and campaigns. Required Experience, Abilities, and Competencies
Minimum 5 years of marketing leadership experience in a multinational or regional company. Demonstrated success in marketing, product management, and driving growth of product portfolio through innovative campaigns. Strong understanding of the Mexican agriculture and biologicals market landscape, customer dynamics, and regulatory environment. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field; MBA preferred. Seniority Level
