Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in Home Health and Hospice.
Proven success in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting.
Experience with Workday and applicant tracking systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for recruiting events.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in home health or hospice recruiting.
Familiarity with HCHB and healthcare staffing strategies.
Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Certification in HR or recruiting is a plus.
