Compensation range: $85,000 – $100,000 USD annual
Description The Training & Communications Specialist develops training materials and internal communications to support BIT initiatives. Responsibilities include business analysis, curriculum design, instructor‑led training, eLearning management, content creation, website oversight, and stakeholder collaboration.
Essential Duties
Perform business analysis to communicate BIT objectives and ROI.
Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs, instructor‑led sessions, and eLearning courses.
Create and deploy communication materials (emails, newsletters, infographics, presentations) and maintain division website content.
Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and IT liaisons to promote BIT services and technologies.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of work‑related experience (account tech responsibilities and customer service in a professional setting).
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience developing corporate training materials and conducting business analysis.
