WHAT YOU GET TO DO
The Manager Implementation Management plays a pivotal role in leading and ensuring the successful execution of projects within assigned programs. This involves strategic planning, adherence to organizational objectives, and continuous improvement. The role demands a hands-on approach to lead project implementation directly, when necessary, with a focus on achieving excellence in project quality, timelines, and budget management.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
: Strategize, implement, and maintain implementation management initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives Develop and execute project assessment protocols for continuous improvement Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance Support and oversee projects assigned to direct reports to ensure milestones are achieved Assist direct reports in their review of project controls specifications, network design documents, and internal / external test plans (acceptance test plan) Conduct reviews of project scope, focusing on layout, flow control, and implementation strategies in collaboration with technical departments Support direct reports in managing third party vendor relationships and agreements for equipment affecting commissioning of assigned projects Participate in projects or program's steering committee and change advisory board to effectively guide project decisions and changes Collaborate closely with Project and Site Management to ensure success of project Responsible for overall successful implementation and ramp-up of assigned projects and/or programs with main focus on commissioning, testing and ramp up milestones (Go-Live in particular). Maintain constant alignment with the customer service department to ensure proper change management and support the handover process between commissioning and customer service. Oversee field Project Implementation Management cost center, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic cost management Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective strategies Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the departments' success.
Supervisor tasks

Facilitate and lead team meetings Review, check, and approve hours of direct reports Provide regular performance feedback and conduct annual performance review assessments. Assist in the onboarding, training, and development of new Implementation Managers Manage resource planning, including task and project assignments of direct reports WHAT YOU HAVE
B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience 5+ years' experience with implementation of projects throughout the entirety of the project's life cycle Advanced knowledge of KNAPP processes, products, and solutions Advanced knowledge of KNAPP's company structure and organization Demonstrated experience in realization of KNAPP projects Advanced knowledge of project management and of tools being used for project management Advanced knowledge of computer systems and Windows operating system Working Conditions and Environment
