Job Description You will be impacting change throughout Rockwell Automation’s Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team. You will work with the Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Automate and Engineering functions. As an individual contributor, you will support cross‑functional business leaders to impact change throughout our global supply chain. You will report to the Director of Supply Chain Optimization and Enablement. You will work hybrid from Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH.
Your Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive change management plans that outline objectives, key stakeholders, communication strategies and timelines.
Identify stakeholders, their needs and strategies for engaging them throughout the change process.
Address concerns and feedback from stakeholders.
Design and deliver training sessions, workshops and materials to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes.
Analyze how changes will affect different parts of the organization, including potential risks and mitigation strategies.
Identify potential risks associated with the change and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Develop knowledge management structure to ensure changes are embedded into the organization and sustained over the long term.
The Essentials – You Will Have
Bachelor’s Degree
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Ability to travel 15% of the time.
The Preferred – You Might Also Have
8+ years of project management experience
Experience driving change through an enterprise organization
Ability to influence others
Experience presenting to different levels in an organization
PMP Certification
