Job Description You will be impacting change throughout Rockwell Automation’s Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team. You will work with the Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Automate and Engineering functions as an individual contributor, supporting cross‑functional business leaders to impact change throughout our global supply chain. You will report to the Manager, ISC Strategy Governance and work hybrid from Milwaukee, WI.
Your Responsibilities
Develop Change Management Plans: comprehensive plan outlining the approach to managing change, including objectives, key stakeholders, communication plans, and timelines.
Stakeholder Management: identify key stakeholders, their needs, and strategies for engaging them throughout the change process; address concerns and feedback; collect feedback to continuously improve change management efforts.
Communication: detailed plan for communicating changes to all relevant parties, including messaging, channels, frequency, and feedback mechanisms; regular updates on the status of change initiatives, including metrics, milestones, and any issues or adjustments needed.
Training and Development: design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and materials to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes.
Monitoring and Reporting: analyze how changes will affect different parts of the organization, including potential risks and mitigation strategies; identify, address, and mitigate resistance to change; use tools and surveys to measure the organization’s readiness for change.
Risk Management and Sustainability: identify potential risks associated with the change and strategies to mitigate them; develop a knowledge management structure to ensure changes are embedded and sustained over the long term.
The Essentials
Bachelor’s Degree
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; we will not sponsor employment visas for this position.
The ability to travel 15% of the time.
The Preferred
8+ years of project management experience
Experience driving change through an enterprise organization
Ability to influence others
Experience presenting to different levels in an organization
PMP Certification
