For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $ 80,640 - $120,960 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Building Automation Engineer

with a passion for programming and smart systems. If you thrive in software and environmental controls -- and enjoy solving complex problems with code -- this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our engineering team, you’ll:

Design and develop control software

for building automation systems (BAS), translating sequences of operations into robust, scalable code.

Program in Script, Function Block, and other automation languages

to deliver high-performance solutions.

Work with platforms like Tridium Niagara and Schneider Electric EcoStruxure

to build and customize control systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

and our customers to ensure alignment and excellence.

Commission and troubleshoot systems

to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Create intuitive front-end graphics

and user interfaces for building operators.

Conduct peer code reviews

and contribute to continuous improvement of our software standards.

Support sustainability and energy strategies

through smart automation

What You Bring

3+ years of experience

in building automation and controls programming.

Strong proficiency programming (like

Python, C#, Function Block , or similar programming languages).

Hands-on experience with

DDC systems , HVAC controls, and environmental automation.

Familiarity with

Tridium Niagara

and/or

Schneider Electric EcoStruxure

is a major plus.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus: Experience in

data centers, power monitoring , or

green building initiatives .
