Senior Financial Analyst at a Glance The

Senior Financial Analyst, CAPEX

will prepare data analysis and financial forecasts of business conditions and trends to draw relevant conclusions as requested. This person will have substantial theoretical and practical knowledge of different financial and analytical techniques and the capability to plan own work and respect deadlines. Additional focus will be on establishing regular monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, preparing ad‑hoc financial estimates, budgets, and analyses, and ensuring that they are all analyzed, commented, and reported according to the instructions received from financial management and external authorities. As part of the Central Strategic Planning team the Senior Financial Analyst will have the opportunity to work cross‑functionally with other areas of the team, gaining experience across the full NA PnL. Our Senior Financial Analyst will also have the ability to propose improvements to systems and methods of work & analysis and contribute to ensuring that they are continuously adapted to business requirements.

What’s on the Menu?

Own and maintain the CAPEX model, creating detailed reports to support robust capital discussions on month, YTD, YTG, and FY performance. Develop and present CAPEX management presentation materials to North America executive leadership on a monthly basis

Aggregate, compile, evaluate, and approve capital expenditure business cases to ensure alignment with annual budget, corporate strategy, and project return thresholds. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to stakeholders

Continuously improve the CAPEX model by managing the NA CAPEX database and building additional capabilities to enhance forecasting, modeling, and decision‑making

Lead the post‑implementation review process for previous and active investments, analyzing the actual results against expected outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to inform future capital allocation decisions and optimize investment returns

Support CAPEX approval routines by creating presentation materials and facilitating biweekly NA Capital Committee Approval Review. Provide agenda and presentation materials for Global Executive Capital Committee review

Maintain and update capital approval tools – manage NA 4Site system, a KHC internal Project Management tool, and manage user database (500+), ensuring compliance to company policies, and assisting with ad‑hoc requests

Provide input and guidance to teams on developing and refining their cash flow models to support project approvals, ensuring alignment with company financial policies and procedures

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required

Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, Investment banking, private equity, consulting, FP&A, commercial finance preferred

Experience using Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint), as well as SAP

Strong analytical and financial modeling skill

Salary Range $88,000.00 - $110,000.00

Bonus & Compensation This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
