Job Summary
Senior individual contributor responsible for all phases of design and construction of moderately complex projects ($50-100M cumulative) and leading multidisciplinary teams. Essential Responsibilities
Promotes learning and builds relationships with stakeholders. Autonomously completes work assignments and supports business-specific projects. Manages large-scale projects from initiation to close-out with financial oversight. Leads project team members and coordinates resources. Monitors and mitigates project risks and issues. Ensures adherence to policies and procedures. Builds rapport with diverse stakeholders and provides insights. Assists with vendor performance reviews and contract negotiations. Minimum Qualifications
Four (4) years of construction and/or design project management experience. One (1) year of leadership experience. Bachelor’s degree and either five (5) years of project management experience or eight (8) years in a related field. Additional Requirements
