We are seeking a seasoned professional for a senior‑level role leading complex, large‑scale construction projects across North America. This position emphasizes strategic planning, team leadership, and program‑level direction. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse range of projects including new builds, retrofits, expansions, and program initiatives from site selection through contract execution. Responsibilities encompass all aspects of project delivery, requiring expertise in construction management, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders at senior levels. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project parameters, including scope, budget, and scheduling, while providing strategic direction and effectively managing and communicating potential risks.

Key Job Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

Drive strategy and execution for multiple complex initiatives

Develop and implement standardization of processes

Guide program‑level decisions affecting multiple sites/projects

Mentor junior PMs and project teams

Project Leadership

Lead portfolio of complex, high‑value projects ($100M+)

Drive scope development with senior stakeholders

Launch new initiatives and lead improvement programs

Direct multiple teams across various locations

Establish and maintain program‑level standards

Technical Direction

Guide system and process improvements

Lead development of technical specifications

Drive continuous improvement initiativesEstablish quality control frameworks

Foster innovation in methods and approaches

Stakeholder Management

Build strategic partnerships with key vendors

10+ years of relevant project management experience

Proven track record of project delivery

Demonstrated leadership experience
