Position Overview Choice Digital is seeking a Sr. Director of Product Marketing to define and position our solutions for disruptive impact in regulated industries. You’ll be the bridge between customers, sales, and product – helping us identify new markets, shape offerings, and bring them to market with compelling narratives and go‑to‑market strategies. This is a highly strategic and collaborative role with day‑to‑day ownership of the full product marketing lifecycle: from positioning and packaging, to sales enablement, to demand‑driving marketing strategies. We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution – equally comfortable developing new market approaches and rolling up their sleeves to create content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Definition & Strategy

Identify and evaluate new markets, verticals, and opportunities within regulated industries.

Partner with Product leadership to shape roadmaps aligned with customer needs and growth opportunities.

Build differentiated positioning that sets Choice Digital apart from legacy competitors.

Product Marketing Lifecycle

Own positioning, messaging, and packaging for solutions across multiple industries.

Develop buyer personas, customer journey maps, and competitive intelligence.

Lead launch strategies for new products and solutions, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Product.

Sales Enablement

Partner with Sales to create high‑impact materials – presentations, battle cards, playbooks, case studies – that empower teams to sell on value, compliance, and transparency.

Train customer‑facing teams on messaging, objection handling, and competitive positioning.

Marketing Integration

Work with Demand Gen, Content, and Field Marketing to develop integrated go‑to‑market strategies.

Ensure campaigns and messaging are tightly aligned to product positioning and customer value.

Customer & Market Engagement

Engage directly with customers, prospects, and industry influencers to uncover insights and validate positioning.

Translate feedback into actionable strategies for Product and Sales.

Represent Choice Digital as a thought leader in industry events, webinars, and publications.

Qualifications And Experience

10‑15 years of product marketing or related experience, with at least 5+ years leading teams in B2B SaaS, Fintech, payments, or other regulated industries.

Proven ability to define and launch solutions into new markets.

Strong experience building positioning, packaging, and go‑to‑market strategies.

Deep understanding of buyer journeys, personas, and sales motions in enterprise markets.

Track record of developing sales enablement programs that directly impact revenue.

Excellent communication skills – able to distill complex concepts into compelling, concise narratives.

Highly collaborative and comfortable working across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams.

Strategic thinker who can also execute hands‑on.

Exceptional problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.

In compliance with Colorado state law, pay for this position is anticipated to be between $160,000 and $190,000. Actual offers will be based on the applicant’s skills, experience, and education.
