We are seeking a patient, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly Inbound Call Center Agent to join our Washington, DC team. This role focuses solely on responding to incoming customer calls.

Responsibilities

Listen actively to understand customer questions, concerns, and needs

Provide accurate information about Sparkbit360s services, processes, and policies

Assist with client account inquiries, billing or service clarifications, appointment scheduling, or general customer support

Document call details, customer interactions, and resolutions using the companys CRM or call tracking system

Escalate issues to appropriate internal teams when needed to ensure timely resolution

Follow internal guidelines, scripts, and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or professional coursework preferred

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

Strong problem-solving ability and patience with customers

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfort using computers and basic CRM or call log systems
