About The Job
We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and execution-focused Vice President of Marketing to lead all marketing efforts across our portfolio of labels, artists, and global initiatives. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that amplify our market presence, accelerate artist growth, and strengthen the organization’s position as a leader in the evolving music industry. Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and artist visibility. Drive measurable growth across international markets, with a strong focus on Latin music. Lead cross-functional teams that align global initiatives with local market needs. Collaborate with executive leadership to set long-term vision and short-term priorities. Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in music marketing, with a proven record of breaking artists and driving measurable growth. Expertise in Latin music markets strongly preferred; global music marketing experience a plus. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus. Bilingual/Multilingual (Spanish strongly preferred) is a plus. Senior Level
