The Opportunity The Senior Accountant will serve as a key finance resource supporting multiple operating entities within the group. This role combines
multi‑entity accounting
with
manufacturing and cost accounting , providing high visibility to both corporate and plant leadership.
You’ll have a direct impact on financial accuracy, operational transparency, and process improvement across several fast‑growing industrial businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Multi‑Entity Accounting & Reporting
– Manage monthly and quarterly close processes for multiple operating companies; prepare consolidated financials, account reconciliations, and management reporting packages; support external audit and tax compliance processes.
Cost & Inventory Accounting
– Maintain accurate inventory valuation and reconciliation across sites; analyze production costs, variances, and margins; support pricing and profitability reviews; partner with plant and operations leadership to strengthen cost visibility and controls.
Process & Systems Development
– Help standardize accounting procedures across business units; support ERP implementation and data integrity initiatives; drive automation and process improvement within the accounting workflow.
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing or distribution preferred).
Deep understanding of
cost accounting, inventory management, and multi‑entity consolidation.
Strong Excel and ERP system skills (Sage, QuickBooks, or similar).
Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a
hands‑on, growth‑oriented environment.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities across entities.
Base Salary:
Competitive, commensurate with experience
Bonus:
Target of 20%, tied to business performance and ROI metrics
