Commerce City, CO (on-site) About the Senior Accountant Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to serve as the right-hand to a CFO in a dynamic, multi-entity manufacturing firm. The ideal Senior Accountant will take full ownership of day-to-day accounting activities including intercompany transactions, consolidation of financial results, GAAP compliance, and full-cycle accounting. This role requires a seasoned professional who can operate with minimal supervision, provide meaningful insight to leadership, and help scale accounting processes as the business grows. Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle accounting across multiple entities: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll accruals, fixed assets, inventory and cost of goods sold, month-end close, and period-end reporting. Manage intercompany transactions: recording, reconciliations, eliminations, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance across entities. Prepare consolidation of multi-entity financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Support the CFO with financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting support, forecasts, and insight into key drivers. Ensure GAAP compliance and support auditors during annual audits, internal reviews, and tax engagements. Work closely with operations, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams to ensure accounting accurately captures business activity and cost behavior. Drive improvements in financial processes, systems and efficiencies: for example improving the month-end close timeline, standardizing intercompany workflows, and enhancing reporting capabilities. Required Senior Accountant Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field) required. Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing or multi-entity businesses. Strong hands-on GAAP accounting knowledge, including consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and multi-entity accounting. Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, month-end close, financial statements, and working closely with leadership. Proficiency with accounting systems (ERP experience preferred), Excel advanced skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modelling). Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills — able to partner effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail, high degree of integrity, ability to work independently and take ownership. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapting to change. Why You\'ll Love This Role

A key Senior Accountant role with high visibility and impact: you’ll work directly with the CFO and be integral to the company’s financial operations and growth. Opportunity to shape processes, influence reporting, assist with strategic initiatives and work in a manufacturing setting. Competitive salary ($90K – $110K) and benefits package. A collaborative environment, where you’ll be part of a strong team and contribute meaningfully to the company’s future. If you are a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Accountant who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys partnering with leadership in a growing manufacturing business, we encourage you to apply.
