PASTA COOKS

to join the back‑of‑house team of

LEUCA , a neighborhood restaurant serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's Southern Italian‑inspired menu in the heart of Williamsburg at The William Vale.

Ideal Candidates

Have excellent knife skills and a working knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.

Prepare and execute key components of dishes.

Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.

Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.

Support fellow cooks.

Pay Range Base pay:

$16.00/hour – $20.00/hour . (Pay will be based on experience and skills; discuss with recruiter.)

The team actively runs food and beverage operations in five hotels, including The Greenwich Hotel, The William Vale, Sagamore Pendry Baltimore, Shinola Hotel, and The Fifth Avenue Hotel. Known for delivering quality experiences and culinary culture, each venue has received critical acclaim, numerous “Best of” lists, Michelin stars, and James Beard Foundation awards.
