The Sr. Portfolio Manager III SRPS is responsible for leading the monitoring and due diligence efforts across one or more asset classes, actively sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, and driving the investment recommendation process. This position includes spearheading quantitative modeling research projects and conducting in‑depth market analysis to inform tactical positioning strategies aimed at outperforming benchmarks. Additionally, the role contributes to internal management initiatives, supporting broader organizational goals. Special appointment position serves at the pleasure of the appointing authority. POSITION DUTIES
Source opportunities and perform investment due diligence. Coordinate the legal review process and monitor the performance of the co‑investment portfolio. Provide detailed analysis of investments in individual companies across a wide range of sectors and geographies in a very short timeframe. Evaluate ten to fifty opportunities per year resulting in ten to twenty investments. Primary relationship responsibility for several private equity general partners. Assist with due diligence on new investments, reviewing and negotiating fund documentation. Assist with the overall management of the private equity portfolio and development of junior staff. Perform ad‑hoc projects and analysis as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university. Experience: Ten years of professional investment experience evaluating co‑investments and recommending private market investments. DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Professional designations such as CFA, CAIA, or FRM. Advanced degrees in Math, Science, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration or related fields. Experience evaluating buyout, growth and venture capital general partners and direct co‑investment opportunities. Expert level in Microsoft Excel (including task automation), Word, PowerPoint, Bloomberg (PORT, AIM), and Aladdin. Familiarity with econometric models for term‑structure and prepayment speed analysis. Experience with Yieldbook, Intex, Trepp, Tradeweb, MarketAxess, R, Python, VBA. SELECTION PROCESS
