Responsibilities
Hire, engage, and develop a team of passionate educators.
Partner with parents and community leaders to provide high‑quality early childhood education.
Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and corporate partners.
Use business, sales, and marketing skills to grow KinderCare’s presence in the community and attract new families.
Qualifications
At least one year of solid leadership experience.
Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple situations.
Budget and financial accountability; revenue generation experience preferred.
Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC and state licensing preferred.
Meet state‑specific guidelines for the role.
Ability to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
Physical ability to maintain low‑level postures and engage in physical activity with children.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work on‑site at the center daily.
