Raleigh, NC , you will safeguard clients across a range of industries, primarily financial institutions. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. Position Details

Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, deterring unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and maintaining order Communicate with site supervisors and Allied Universal management regarding incidents and maintenance issues Support emergency response activities, including evacuation procedures and providing guidance during critical situations Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents What We’re Looking For

Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available Minimum Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security‑related experience Must be at least 21 years of age Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only Why Join Us
