Part-Time Bilingual Clinician / MSW / MHC

Westchester Institute for Human Development (WIHD) is seeking a compassionate and skilled bilingual clinician (Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor) to join Project IMPACT—a research-based program supporting parents with intellectual or learning disabilities whose children are at risk of foster care placement. WIHD has a 30-year partnership with Westchester County DSS supporting child welfare.
Responsibilities
Provide in‑home support and training to families
Teach parenting skills using a structured curriculum (21+ skills)
Focus areas include:
Home safety
Problem solving
Parent advocacy
Maintain a small caseload for intensive service delivery
Travel to client homes across Westchester County
Clinician Qualifications
Master’s in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (MHC); Licensed preferred
2+ years of experience in parenting or family training
Familiarity with child welfare and disability systems
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
