Position Summary: In this role, you will ensure that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, the Attorney should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed. Responsibilities

Full-time Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school 3 to 5 years of litigation experience Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Experience evaluating claims; superb negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive problem-solving approach Ability to work independently in an office environment Team-oriented Firm Benefits
