Position Summary

Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. In this role, you will serve clients with the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, the Attorney should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed. Qualifications & Skills

Full-time Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Experience in evaluating claims Superb negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently in an office environment Team-oriented Firm Benefits
