What You'll Do at Pega:
Assist in the maintenance and evolution of the Bolt Design System, ensuring consistency and adherence to design principles.
Create and refine Figma prototypes for new and existing content authoring interfaces in Drupal Layout Builder.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate requirements into user-centered designs.
Conduct basic usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
Document design specifications and guidelines for development teams.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in UX design and design systems.
Who You Are:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UX Designer Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining our Bolt Design System and developing high-fidelity Figma prototypes for content authoring interfaces within Drupal Layout Builder. This position is ideal for someone passionate about design systems, user experience, and bringing intuitive interfaces to life.
What You've Accomplished:
Basic understanding of UX design principles, methodologies, and tools.
Familiarity with Figma for prototyping and design system management.
An interest in design systems and their application in product development.
Basic understanding of content management systems, preferably Drupal.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing relevant academic or personal projects is a plus.
