We’re seeking a
Part-Time Corporate Recruiter
to join our team in a
remote role based on the East Coast (preferred in the Orlando, FL area) . This
camera-facing position
conducts virtual interviews and meetings through
Zoom and Google Meet , representing Medi-Weightloss with professionalism and warmth. The role is ideal for an energetic, relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment. It starts as
part-time
with the opportunity to
grow into a full-time position
as our network of clinics continues to expand. Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting to offer — for a variety of roles, including clinical providers, medical assistants, and front-office staff. Conduct virtual, camera-based interviews via Zoom and Google Meet, ensuring a polished and engaging candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify staffing needs and recruitment priorities. Cultivate local externship and internship partnerships with schools, colleges, and medical programs to strengthen the long-term talent pipeline. Build and maintain active candidate networks through sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media. Track recruitment metrics and candidate activity using applicant tracking systems (Teamtailor) and Google Workspace tools. Represent the Medi-Weightloss brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction. Qualifications
Minimum
1-2 years of recruiting experience , preferably in healthcare, wellness, or multi-site operations. Strong understanding of sourcing tools, job boards, and social media recruiting. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to handle multiple open requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines. High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. Experience with
Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive) and ATS systems
preferred. Based on the East Coast, with availability during standard business hours (Eastern Time). Schedule & Compensation
Part-Time:
15–25 hours per week Growth Opportunity: Can transition into a full-time position based on performance and company expansion. Remote:
