Base Pay Range
$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr
WCS Healthcare Partners is working with a large social service agency that supports the homeless and substance abuse populations. We are seeking a qualified RN Nurse Manager to work a full time in Brooklyn, NY. Great pay and benefits included!
Job Function
Day Shift.
9am - 5pm.
Participates in the training of members of the patient care team.
Evaluates performance of the Medical Assistant and Registered Nurse.
Coordinates requests for medication refills according to Housing Works procedures and protocols.
Coordinates outpatient work-up and/or treatment plans when the patient situation requires it (e.g., further clinical testing, x-rays) and facilitates communication between physicians and health care providers.
Utilizes EMR to document all patient care and medication administration accurately and in a timely manner, in compliance with PSI policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
Current registration and active license as a New York State Registered Nurse.
CPR certification or completion of certification during employment.
Demonstrated understanding of the needs of clients in treatment for HIV/AIDS and substance abuse.
QHC Management experience preferred.
