Overview
RN - Pediatric Foster Care - Local Contract role at WCS Healthcare Partners. This local contract opportunity offers a competitive salary. Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $55.00/hr. Temp to perm role. Responsibilities
Day Shift. 9am - 5pm. Collect patient information, including medical records, insurance details, and pretreatment formalities before provider visits. Triage patients and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, respiration, and heart rate. Assist patients with preparations for medical exams and administer prescribed medications, immunizations, or injections. Dress external wounds and report any changes in patient condition to the provider. Educate patients and caregivers on medications, diet, and health maintenance; document care and patient responses accurately. Qualifications
1–2 years of experience working with pediatric patients in a clinic or school setting. Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program. Current LPN or LVN license in the state of New York. High school diploma or GED required. Disclosures
