Director, Procurement
Join to apply for the Director, Procurement role at ANDMORE® The Procurement Director will design and lead the enterprise procurement function, building governance frameworks, sourcing strategies, and vendor management programs that support company-wide cost optimization and supply chain resilience. Role requires strategic accountability for establishing procurement. Responsibilities
Internal Controls: Define and establish procurement governance, policies, and approval thresholds. PO Management: Design enterprise PO process and oversee day-to-day execution until systems mature. Governance: Build governance structure for procurement across the organization, including compliance and risk management. Strategic Sourcing: Develop category strategies, lead sourcing events, and directly negotiate vendor contracts. Vendor Management: Create vendor management framework and personally manage key strategic suppliers. Spend Analytics: Establish spend analytics capability and deliver insights to Finance leadership and C‑Suite. Cost Management: Lead enterprise cost reduction strategy and ensure realized savings are aligned with corporate financial targets. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of procurement experience, including experience standing up functions. Proven ability to operate as a strategic, hands‑on individual contributor without staff support. Strong executive presence and ability to influence leaders without formal authority. Experience managing large vendor bases in multi‑state or multi‑facility environments. Seniority level
