Senior Recruitment Consultant | US Advisory I’m working with a leading advisory firm that is growing its Business Valuation practice and looking for a Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will take ownership of complex business valuation engagements for a range of purposes, including estate and gift planning, M&A, financial reporting, succession planning, litigation support, and strategic advisory. This individual will play a key role in the execution and continued expansion of the valuation practice, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external advisors to deliver technically sound, insight-driven reports. Base pay
$115,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr This range is provided by Warner Scott Recruitment. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Key Responsibilities
Lead and review valuation engagements across multiple industries and purposes. Oversee and refine valuation models and reports to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with professional standards. Act as a main point of contact for clients and advisors, clearly communicating project scope, process, findings, and recommendations. Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to junior team members. Partner with other advisory and assurance teams to deliver integrated, high-value solutions. Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals, pricing, and identification of growth opportunities. Present proactive strategic insights to clients to enhance business value and support planning initiatives. Stay informed on valuation standards, tax regulations, and market trends. Assist in refining internal tools, templates, and methodologies to drive efficiency and scalability. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline required. Credentials such as CPA, ABV, ASA, CFA, or CVA preferred (or in progress). 3–7 years of valuation experience, ideally within public accounting or consulting. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and report-writing skills. Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Collaborative mindset with proven leadership and mentoring abilities. Experience reviewing legal or transactional documents (e.g., shareholder agreements, LOIs, buy-sell agreements) is a plus.
